My name is Fred and I am a gay conservative living in Ottawa. This blog supports limited government, the right of the State of Israel to live in peace and security, and tries to expose the threat to us all from cultural relativism, post-modernism, and radical Islam. I am also the founder of the Free Thinking Film Society in Ottawa (www.freethinkingfilms.com)

What next? More targeting of fathers....

Why doesn't the full force of the law go after Mothers who deny access to the sons and daughters of fathers?
It's open season on hunters who are behind in family support payments.

And their odds of taking home big lottery winnings have just fallen to zero.

In a Canadian first, Alberta's maintenance enforcement program is using new restrictions on hunting and fishing licences and lottery winnings to crack down on debtors, mainly male, who fail to make court-ordered support payments.

Debtors in arrears will be unable to get hunting licences. If they win more than $1,000 on a lottery, the windfall will go toward the amount they owe.
