El Baradei gives up....

How on earth does this guy have any credibility? Here's his raction to the possibility of sanctions against Iran.
And Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said: "Sanctions are a bad idea. We are not facing an imminent threat. We need to lower the pitch." He told a forum in the Qatari capital, Doha: "My message to Iran?: the international community is getting impatient and you need to respond by arming me with information."
So, what he wants is information. How deaf can he be....THEY'RE BUILDING FUCKING NUCLEAR WEAPONS....

He began his career in the Egyptian Diplomatic Service in 1964, serving on two occasions in the Permanent Missions of Egypt to the United Nations in New York and Geneva, in charge of political, legal and arms control issues.
Wasn't this the time when Egypt was invading Israel?
He seems like he has a clean history otherwise (as if his CV would show any skeletons).
But I'm always suspicious when a person from an Arab League country is in charge of a UN agency that oversees things like Human Rights and Nuclear Weapons.

Yup, Iran is building nuclear weapons. They probably got the technology from Iraq's vast WMD stockpile through the chief Iranian scientist, Osama bin Laden. Look, the evidence is damning but it also has an air of circumstantiality that cannot be dismissed without, sadly, unequivocal proof. By then it might be too late, but otherwise how can any action be fully justified? Another preemptive Vietnam?
